How do I upgrade to the new ParadiseCasino?

That's simple, click the casino desktop icon on your computer and the upgrade should commence automatically. Follow the on screen instructions to install the upgraded software and accept our new licensing agreement. Then login using your existing login details to view the new Paradise Lobby. If you no longer have the casino software on your computer and wish to download the new ParadiseCasino, just click here.

I have upgraded but now cannot find the ParadiseCasino icon on my desktop.

As part of the upgrade, we have also upgraded our desktop icon. The new ParadiseCasino icon is our logo V the palm tree below.

What has happened to my player points and pending bonus?

While we might have released some exciting new software, we have made sure that everyone's accounts remain rock solid and that there is no change to existing player points and pending bonuses. It should be exactly as it was before the upgrade.

I am getting an error 209 when I try to login.

If you are playing in the casino and you are unexpectedly disconnected it can take our system a few moments to realise that you are no longer logged in. If you try to login in the meantime you may receive an error code 209. It will only take the system a few minutes to realise you are logged out and clear the error but if you wish to login immediately then please contact customer support who can log you out.

I have logged out of the casino but my balance is showing as £0

When you logout of the casino it can take a few seconds for your balance to arrive back to the sportsbook. If you were already logged into the sportsbook and you try placing a bet just after exiting casino then the system may tell you that you have insufficient funds to place the bet. If you try again 30 seconds later then the bet should be accepted with no problems, provided you have sufficient funds.

Please note that if you do not exit the casino properly your funds may not transfer back to the sportsbook and you will then need to login to the casino and exit properly to transfer the funds. To logout you need to click the link for "exit the casino".

I was in the middle of a game when I was disconnected.

If you get disconnected during a game in the casino then all you need to do is re-connect and the system will still be waiting at the point it was at before the disconnection. When you re-connect you may be asked whether you wish to restore, discard or cancel the game. Please note that you should always "restore" otherwise you will lose your stake without a chance of winning".

I logged in with my own money but now it is telling me I only have bonus money left, why?

You have a separate balance in the casino for your real money and your bonus money. All casino bets are placed with your real balance if you have sufficient real funds. If you place a bet where you do not have sufficient funds in your real account to cover the bet then the system will use the funds in your bonus account if you have them. If you run out of real money then the system will place all your bets using bonus money and as such all winnings will be credited to your bonus account. These winnings can only become real money and therefore withdrawable once you have met the wagering requirement (x15, x20 etc).

I have met all the requirements but I have not received my casino bonus

Casino bonuses are credited once you visit the casino lobby after having met the wagering requirements. If you are playing at a table the bonus will not be credited until you leave the table and visit the lobby, at which point it should be automatically credited. If you have done this and the bonus has still not been credited then please check the terms and conditions for the bonus to make sure you have satisfied them all. Finally please contact customer support for further information.

I have received my bonus and bet it through but it will not allow me to withdraw the bonus

The wagering requirement begins from the moment the bonus is credited. If you have been playing at a table and did not visit the lobby when you had met the wagering requirement then please note that this extra play does not count towards your turnover requirement. You still need to play x15, x20 etc... from the moment the bonus was credited. You should also be aware that certain games such as roulette do not count towards this requirement. Please see the terms and conditions of the bonus on our website for all excluded games.

I have money that I am able to withdraw but the cashier section shows my balance as zero

All withdrawal requests need to be processed through the sportsbook. To transfer your funds from the casino, please ensure that you are logged out of the sportsbook and then in the Casino click 'Logout', followed by 'Exit'.

If you then log in to the sportsbook with your existing username and password you should find that your funds have automatically transferred.

You may then make a withdrawal request through the 'My Account' section.
