If you are playing in the casino and you are unexpectedly disconnected it can take our system a few moments to realise that you are no longer logged in. If you try to login in the meantime you may receive an error code 209. It will only take the system a few minutes to realise you are logged out and clear the error but if you wish to login immediately then please contact customer support who can log you out.

When you logout of the casino it can take a few seconds for your balance to arrive back to the sportsbook. If you were already logged into the sportsbook and you try placing a bet just after exiting casino then the system may tell you that you have insufficient funds to place the bet. If you try again 30 seconds later then the bet should be accepted with no problems, provided you have sufficient funds.
Please note that if you do not exit the casino properly your funds may not transfer back to the sportsbook and you will then need to login to the casino and exit properly to transfer the funds. To logout you need to click the link for "exit the casino".

If you get disconnected during a game in the casino then all you need to do is re-connect and the system will still be waiting at the point it was at before the disconnection. When you re-connect you may be asked whether you wish to restore, discard or cancel the game. You have a separate balance in the casino for your real money and your bonus money. All casino bets are placed with your real balance if you have sufficient real funds. If you place a bet where you do not have sufficient funds in your real account to cover the bet then the system will use the funds in your bonus account if you have them. If you run out of real money then the system will place all your bets using bonus money and as such all winnings will be credited to your bonus account. These winnings can only become real money and therefore withdrawable once you have met the wagering requirement (x15, x20 etc).
