1. All bonus amounts must be wagered at least 20 times before they can be cashed out.
2. Hands played on Roulette, Pai Gow, Craps and Mini Baccarat in the casino will not count towards the wagering requirement for these promotions.
3. Only one (1) Real Account per player, per household, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).
4. Deposits made to obtain a sign up bonus will not count towards redemption of the above bonuses.
5. Players playing solely for the purpose of claiming bonuses (bonus abusers) will be banned from receiving any further bonuses.
6. Please note that real money will be used before your bonus money.
7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Casino Manager, will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Moreover, in the event a barred (or any likeness of) a barred person attempts to open an account, their account will become void retroactive to one (1) second after the account was opened.

12. Only the original account holder is granted winnings, no transference is allowed. Any account that violates this term will be void and only the original deposited amount shall be returned.
