Online Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this promotion is ParadisePoker, a trading brand of Interactive Sports (C.I.) Limited.
2. Each prize shall be awarded during the tournament legs of the ‘ParadisePoker Tour 2009/2010’.
3. The prize packages on offer online at ParadisePoker are at the discretion of ParadisePoker but are worth a maximum of €1,100, which includes entry to the €500 + €50 main event and €550 to be spent on travel and accommodation. For the London event the prize package consists of entry to the £500 + £50 main event and €450 to be spent on travel and accommodation.
4. All satellites and tournaments in the ParadisePoker Tour will be No Limit Hold'em.
5. The minimum age limit for the tournament is 18.
6. The accommodation and travel arrangements including flights, travel to venue and visas are the sole responsibility of the player.
7. Each player may only win one package per event.
8. Package trips/Seats to the event are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. If you win a second package for the same event, your prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next runner up.
9. Package trips/Seats to the event may not be exchanged for a seat to a future leg of the ParadisePoker Tour.
10. All cash prizes won in the main event will be paid out online into ParadisePoker betting accounts. If a winning player does not have a betting account, they will be required to open one. Players will be required to sign a waiver agreeing to these terms before taking part in the tournament.
11. If you’re unable to attend the event, your prize will be forfeited.
12. Players who qualify for seats to the ParadisePoker Tour events through ParadisePoker promotions, satellites or sponsorship deals are restricted from wearing “competitor” branded apparel, with the definition of “competitor” for the purposes of this clause to be judged in the sole discretion of ParadisePoker.
13. ParadisePoker qualifying players will be required to wear ParadisePoker branded apparel at all times during play, to be provided and selected by ParadisePoker in its sole discretion.
14. By participating in the tournament and satellites you agree to reasonable publicity chosen by ParadisePoker, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
15. Any player who wins any of the promotions has the right not to participate and if they so choose not to participate agrees to forfeit any prize. There is no cash alternative. In this instance, ParadisePoker will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, but may in its sole discretion choose otherwise.
16. The promotional league will run over the London event in December 2009 until the Bulgarian event in July 2010. A new league will form for the 2010/2011 ParadisePoker tour.
17. Players will automatically be awarded points for their finishing position in the live events unless they request to be excluded from the promotion.
18. If the event is cancelled or if there is buy-in unavailability, cash equivalent will be awarded.
19. ParadisePoker reserves the right to amend this promotion at anytime in its sole discretion.
