ParadisePoker Bad Beat Jackpot

1. The promoter of this promotion is ParadisePoker.com
2. The hand that triggers the bad beat jackpot must have been played at a Texas Hold’em table that was pre-designated as a “jackpot table”.
3. Must have included a minimum of 4 participating players.
4. Must have had a final pot from which both rake and jackpot contribution were deducted.
5. Must have been played to the showdown.
6. Players sitting out do not qualify for the jackpot.
7. The losing hand must contain Four of a Kind 10s, or better to qualify.
8. The best hand for both the winner and the loser must include their two hole cards.
9. In the case of Four of a Kind, both the hole cards must be a pocket pair.
10. The hand must be raked and the jackpot contribution must be collected in order for the hand to qualify for a Bad Beat Jackpot.
11. The two highest hands will be considered for the jackpot if there are two or more hands that qualify for the jackpot, with the highest hand being the winning hand (the winner) and the second highest hand winning the jackpot (the loser of the hand).
12. If there are two claims then the hand that started first according to the server clock (GMT) will be the Jackpot winner.
13. Coffee-housing, revealing cards or any discussion of the hands in play will disqualify the hand from any Jackpot payments.
14. ParadisePoker reserves the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
