ParadisePoker is pleased to announce the launch of "VIPSOP"; the VIP Series of Poker. VIPSOP is a series of monthly freerolls with cash and spectacular Team Paradise live packages as prizes.

From March 2009, and each month thereafter, there will be two €2,000 freerolls for ParadisePoker VIPs. All players accumulating between 4,000 and 12,000 FPPs in the previous month will qualify for the VIPSOP Silver Freeroll. The VIPSOP Gold Freeroll is reserved for all players accumulating over 12,000 FPPs in the previous month.

In addition to the €2,000 cash prizepool, the top 20% from each freeroll (2 seats guaranteed) will progress to the VIPSOP Las Vegas final in May where ParadisePoker will guarantee €20k worth of Las Vegas Holidays.

VIPs who earn at least 20,000 FPPs in each of February, March and April 2009, or at least 40,000 FPPs in any of those months will automatically gain entry to the VIPSOP Las Vegas final in May.

As if the above was not enough, to get VIPSOP underway, ParadisePoker are adding a further freeroll in March where (two) VIPs will win the chance to represent Team Paradise at the Irish Open in Dublin in April 2009 with a €5,000 Main Event package. The VIPSOP Dublin Freeroll will be open to all ParadisePoker VIPs who have earned at least 8,000 FPPs between 1st February and the end of St. Patrick's Day (17th March 2009).

In summary:

• Qualify for the VIPSOP Silver €2,000 Freeroll by accumulating at least 4,000 FPPs in the previous month;
• Qualify for the VIPSOP Gold €2,000 Freeroll by earning at least 12,000 FPPs in the previous month;
• Qualify for the VIPSOP Dublin Freeroll by accumulating at least 8,000 FPPs between 1st February and 17th March 2009;

and

• Qualify for the VIPSOP Las Vegas Freeroll by either:
• Finishing in the top 20% of the VIPSOP Silver or VIPSOP Gold monthly freerolls;
• Earning at least 20,000 FPPs in each of February, March and April 2009;

or

• Accumulating at least 40,000 FPPs in any of February, March or April 2009.

Terms & Conditions

1. The qualifying periods for the VIPSOP Silver and Gold Freerolls run from 00:00 hours (GMT) on the first of the month until 23:59 (GMT) on the last day of any given month.
2. The qualifying period for the VIPSOP Dublin Freeroll runs from 00:00 hours (GMT) on 1 February 2009 until 23:59 (GMT) on 17 March 2009.
3. To qualify for direct entry into the VIPSOP Las Vegas Freeroll, a player must earn: at least 20,000 FPPs between 00:00 hours (GMT) on 1st February 2009 and 23:59 (GMT) on 17 March 2009; and at least 20,000 FPPs between 00:00 hours (GMT) on 1 March 2009 and 23:59 (GMT) on 31 March 2009; and at least 20,000 FPPs between 00:00 hours (GMT) on 1 April 2009 and 23:59 (GMT) on 30 April 2009; OR accumulate at least 40,000 FPPs during any of the above periods.
4. All FPP amounts refer to the amount of FPPs in a player's account at the end of the relevant period; thus any FPPs spent by a player in the ParadiseStore during any qualifying period will be deducted.
5. The Irish Open Team Paradise packages consist of entry into the Irish Open Main Event, accommodation in Dublin and €1,000 towards travel and expenses.
6. The top 20% of finishers in each Silver and Gold VIPSOP Freeroll will qualify for the Las Vegas Freeroll (for the avoidance of doubt, 2 seats are guaranteed, and the 20% will be rounded up to the nearest whole number, thus if there are 5 runners in a VIPSOP Silver or Gold Freeroll, the top 2 will progress to the VIPSOP Las Vegas Final; if there are 33 runners in a VIPSOP Silver or Gold Freeroll, the top 7 will progress to the VIPSOP Las Vegas Final.
7. The VIPSOP Las Vegas final will have a guaranteed prize fund of €20,000. The final will guarantee at least two Las Vegas packages (at least one of which will be a €10,500 Las Vegas Holiday Package), with the full prize breakdown to be distributed to qualifiers of the VIPSOP Las Vegas Final prior to the start of the VIPSOP Las Vegas Final.
8. Prizes are as stated and no cash alternative is available for either the Irish Open or Las Vegas Holiday Packages. However, in the event of an eligible player under the age of 21 as at 1st July 2009 winning a Las Vegas Holiday Package, ParadisePoker will use its best endeavours to agree a suitable alternative prize package with the player
9. Winners of Team Paradise live event packages will be required to sign and return a Team Paradise sponsorship contract before their prize is released.
10. Interactive Sports (CI) Limited is the sole arbiter of this promotion and its decision is final and binding.

12.
