You earn Frequent Player Points (FPP’s) every time you play with real money - earning 1 FPP for every €0.25 you rake. See our support section for more information.

You can now use your points to buy items in the new Paradise Store or you can use them to buy into any of the FPP tournaments in the MTT lobby. You can also choose to receive cash back instead. If you have opted into receive cash back then all the points you have accumulated in the previous month will be removed at the end of each month when your cash back is credited.

You can see your total points balance both in the poker software and the Paradise Store.

You can also see how many points you have collected in the current month by clicking here. Please note that this does not take into account points spent in tournaments or the Paradise Store. Your points total will be updated each morning before 11am GMT.

You can select your account preference by filling in this online form. You can change your preference at any time. By default your account will be set to collect points.

Your account preference on the 25^th of the month is used to determine whether you receive cash back or continue to collect your points. Please contact support if you have any further questions.

Cash back entitles you to a cash bonus paid into your Paradise account on the 1st day of every month. You must collect at least 1000 points per month and be registered to receive cash back. Players who receive cash back will have the points they accumulated in the previous month removed.

Your cash back is based on the number of points you accumulate in a month less any points you have spent in tournaments or in the Paradise store. Please note that the value of your cash back or the store voucher is based only on the number of points accumulated in the previous month.

The more points you accumulate the higher your cash back as indicated in the table below.

Example :
You begin the month on 888 points and collect 2000 points during the month. If you spent 500 points buying into FPP tournaments then you would finish the month on 2388 points. This is 1500 more than you started with and so you would be entitled to a €50 bonus.

If you collect more than 4,000 points in a month then please speak with your VIP Manager to see what additional benefits you may be entitled to.

Store vouchers entitle you to a % discount on any item in the Paradise store. The discount is based on how many points you accumulate in a month after points spent in tournaments and the store are considered.

On the 1st day of each month, players who have opted to collect their points and who accumulated more than 1000 points in the month will be emailed with a Paradise store voucher.

Discount vouchers are valid for one month only. However if you continue to collect at least 1000 points during the month then you will receive a new voucher each month.

The more points you collect, the higher the discount you will receive as indicated in the table below:

If you save up your points and then in one month make the 3,500 needed for 70% off, you can get up to 70% off purchases using all your points!

Example :
You start a month with 3000 points and you accumulate a further 1900 points during the month. You will be issued with a 30% discount voucher and have a total balance of 4900 points. You will therefore be able to buy items worth up to 7000 points

Example 2:
In January through March you save 800 points a month, so you have a balance of 2,400 points. In April you accumulate 2,000 points. You have a total of 4,400 points and are able to use your 40% off voucher and use all of your points.

So instead of you only being able to buy an item for 4,400 points you can get an item with a price of 7,300 points.

Can I receive both cash back and a store voucher?

In any given month you can only receive cash back or a store voucher. What you receive depends on your preference setting on the 25^th of the month. If you have opted to receive cash back then you will receive cash back and if you have opted to collect your points then you will receive a store voucher (provided you collected enough points).

Yes. If you collect enough points during the month you will receive a store voucher entitling you to a discount from the Paradise store. This voucher will last for one month. If you make a purchase in the store, you can then change your account preference to receive cash back in the same month. Your voucher will be based on the previous month and your cash back will be for the current month.

This depends on how many points you spend in the store. If it is more than your FPP balance at the start of the month then yes, if not, then no.

Example:
FPP balance at the start of the month is 10,000. You opt for cash back for the new month and over the course of that month accumulate 3,500 points.
You buy an item for 8,500 points (after discount if applicable). In this case you have spent less than your month’s starting balance so your cash back is not affected and you get your €250 bonus.

Example 2:
FPP balance at the start of the month is 10,000. You opt for cash back for the new month and over the course of that month accumulate 3,500 points.
You buy an item for 12,000 points (after discount if applicable). In this case you have spent more than your month’s starting balance so your cash back is affected. Rather than getting a bonus of €250 for accumulating 3,500 points you get a bonus of €50 for the 1,500 points you have left (10,000+3,500 = 13,500, 13,500-12,000 = 1,500).

Yes you can do this at any time. If you switch before the 25^th of the month you will not receive cash back for that month and instead be allowed to keep your points. If you collect enough points you will also be issued with a store voucher.

If you edit your preference after the 25^thof the month then you will receive cash back for the current month (provided you collect enough points). From the start of the next month your preference will be changed to collect points.
